Join us in this interactive and FUN holiday cooking event online featuring Chef Keith and our Emcee, Calvin Ng from USC Hospitality. Step-by-step insider cooking tips for Smoky Chicken with Aji Verde will be shared during this live demo.
And you can also become one of our 15 LUCKY WINNERS to receive the cooking kits with ingredients delivered to you for FREE to create a special USC holiday meal!
How to Enter the WIM 2020 Holiday Cook Raffle:
- Panzanella Salad with heirloom tomato, pickled red onion, fresh mozzarella, arugula, brioche croutons & herb dressing
- Spanish Paella with shrimp, sausage, clams, calamari, sofrito and garlic aioli Shrimp
- Smoked Chicken with aji verde (Peruvian green sauce) & pickled red onion, Borracho beans, Double fried potatoes

Winners will be announced during the cooking demo on Dec. 14 @ 4 pm and via email notification to arrange delivery with USC Private Events and Conferences. Please make sure to provide your contact information, address and indicate the selection of your preferred dish in the entry form. Currently, the cooking kits can only be delivered to locations within 30 miles radius of downtown Los Angeles.
