Trojan Learn at HSC today

This morning we all headed into the Norris Library second floor computer lab to learn Trojan Learn. Our instructors were Alexandra Fabry-Mourer, Talent Management Business Partner, and Craig Okumura, Organizational Learning Systems Manager.

Ms. Mourer and Mr. Okumura gave us a lot of information in the hour, as well as answered questions and elaborated on the Trojan Learn features the participants were most interested in.

Trojan Learn is a great system and a welcome addition to USC. Ms. Mourer and Mr. Okumura are wonderful teachers and made it all so very easy to understand.

ALEXANDRA_FABRY-MOURERAlexandra Fabry-Mourer brings five years of experience in organizational development with a focus on leadership development training, including needs assessment, planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation. She also has extensive experience in large scale project management and consultation with business unit leaders in the area of talent management. Alexandra’s responsibilities include large to mid-scale consultation on projects related to organizational development for administrative and academic unit leaders of various USC departments, leadership curriculum development, and implementation of various customized training initiatives including e-learning modalities. She also manages a university wide harassment prevention training program for more than 18,000 employees. Prior to joining USC, Alexandra was organizational development specialist for OneOC; a Non-Profit organization in Orange County which provides integrated services in volunteer management, training, consulting and business development.
